Comfortable and spacious rooms, great breakfast buffet with a variety of options, convenient location near shopping and entertainment. The gym and spa facilities are a nice bonus. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the centre of Shenyang, right next to the TV tower, was perfect. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great fitness centre and swimming pool. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the large, comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service and were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel even had its own parking lot, making it convenient for guests with cars. Additionally, being situated in front of the subway station made transportation around the city a breeze. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes.

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the train station and close to the subway. The Paulaner pub in the hotel is a great place to enjoy some good food and beer after a day of exploring.
The breakfast buffet was not up to par, with some of the food being reheated from previous days.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the fitness center with a swimming pool. We enjoyed the convenient parking and the location right next to the TV tower, providing beautiful views. The hotel's proximity to the subway station made transportation around the city incredibly easy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, from the helpful front desk to the friendly housekeepers. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a variety of both Western and Chinese options.

The value for my money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was modern and comfortable, with a fantastic bathtub for relaxing. The location was great, near a beautiful park and metro station. The staff treated me with kindness and provided excellent service, especially Yolanda.
The breakfast offerings could have been better, particularly the local food dumplings which were not good at all.

The spa lounge is spacious and offers exclusive amenities like sauna, steam room, and treatment room. the heated indoor pool with a garden area view is a perfect place to relax. On the first floor, there is a restaurant with a buffet breakfast and a bar/lounge area that offers live entertainment. the service is excellent, and the staff is accommodating to all our requests. the location advantage is the hotel's proximity to popular tourist destinations.
The only minor issue is the lack of coffee/tea in the lobby, which seems unusual for a 5-star hotel. the in-room breakfast is available but not as comprehensive as the buffet breakfast.

The hotel was old and in need of renovation. The staff had difficulty understanding English, resulting in communication problems throughout my stay.
